What we collect
For beta requests, we store your name, email address, and what interests you about trying Suppose. For invited accounts, we also store subscription and learning-time activity, uploaded PDFs, document structure and summaries, conversation transcripts, and interaction events needed to operate and troubleshoot the tutor. We do not store raw microphone audio.
Your material
PDFs are stored privately and associated with your account. They are sent to the AI services that read your document and power the conversation. You can delete an individual document at any time.
How we use information
We use this information to provide tutoring, preserve study context, measure learning time, maintain any existing billing records, prevent abuse, investigate failures, and respond to support or deletion requests.
Service providers
Supabase provides authentication and private storage, Vercel hosts the application, and AI services process document and live conversation requests. New payments are disabled; Dodo Payments retains and processes billing details only for any existing subscription.
Retention and deletion
Document deletion removes the owned PDF and its application record. An account-deletion request disables the account immediately and is then completed manually after security, billing, and legal-retention checks.
